By downloading, accessing, or using TrueForm ("the app"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

1. What TrueForm Does

TrueForm is a body perception tool designed for personal reflection and entertainment purposes only. It uses on-device pose estimation to compare how you perceive your body proportions with what a camera captures.

2. Not Medical Advice

TrueForm does not provide medical, psychological, clinical, or diagnostic advice of any kind. The app is not a substitute for professional medical consultation, diagnosis, or treatment. Results should not be interpreted as health assessments.

If you experience distress related to body image, we encourage you to reach out to a qualified mental health professional.

3. Accuracy

Body proportion estimates are approximate and depend on photo quality, lighting, clothing, and pose. TrueForm makes no guarantee of accuracy. Results are for reflection, not measurement.

4. Age Requirement

You must be at least 13 years old to use TrueForm. By using the app, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

5. Subscriptions

TrueForm offers optional auto-renewing subscriptions ("TrueForm Unlimited") that unlock unlimited perception checks and continued access to future features.

No account is required. Subscriptions are securely managed through your Apple ID.

Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
You can manage or cancel your subscription in your device's Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and code in TrueForm are owned by TrueForm and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer the app.

7. User Conduct

You agree to use TrueForm only for its intended purpose. You may not use the app to harass, harm, or violate the rights of others.

8. Limitation of Liability

TrueForm is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, TrueForm shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top will reflect any changes. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
